Thai Massage:
While the client lays fully clothed on the floor, the Thain Massage practitioner uses the meridian energetics of the east to stimulate mobility and release tension. Using passive stretches while working the energy lines and acu-points along them, this style is often referred to as "Yoga for lazy poeple" A truly unique and therapeutic form of bodywork that will leave you relaxed and rejuvenated, stretched and supple.

Deep Tissue:
Used to help alleviate chronic pain and tension. Direct, deep pressure targets problem areas and aids in releasing neck and back pain; new and past injuries. Releases the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue and helps to break up scar tissue and increase joint mobility.

Therapeutic massage:
Uses targeted pressure and gentle stretching to promote relaxation, while helping to alleviate muscle tension and increase joint mobility.
